Lifeline Alarm Service
Our telecare alarm and pendant provides you with the ability to call for help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, enabling you to carry on living your life safe in the knowledge that if an emergency situation arises, you can summon help immediately.
The lightweight, discreet pendant will work anywhere in the average house and garden. It can be worn around the neck or wrist so is easy and comfortable to wear.
As soon as we have installed the equipment you will be connected to our 24/7 monitoring and response centre based in Kidderminster and our friendly & helpful team can be contacted through a simple press of the pendant.
Our expert team will fit the alarm quickly and easily at the installation appointment, provide a comprehensive demonstration and answer any questions you may have.
Who is it for?
We all value our independence, but as we get older, issues around personal safety, accidents or other emergencies can be a very real concern. Our service is for anyone who feels that the ability to call for help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in an emergency would help them to remain independent and confident at home.
Our service is perfect for those who live with mobility problems, long-term conditions such as diabetes and heart problems. We take away the worry of not being able to get help in an emergency with our simple and easy to use service.
How does it work?
When you need help, simply press the alarm button on the pendant or on the alarm unit, and you will be connected to one of our friendly and highly skilled operators in our Monitoring & Response Centre.
They will be able to speak to you over the loudspeaker built in to the alarm unit and will be able to hear you via the built in microphone. Just tell them what sort of help you need and our operator will arrange the appropriate help to respond such as your family or friends or, if required, your doctor or the emergency services. They'll stay on the line to reassure you until help arrives.
If you are hard of hearing or unable to speak to us when you place a call, there is no need to worry as we will always get help to you even if we have not been able to speak with you.
Reassurance for family and friends
We know that as loved ones get older or if they experience health problems this can be a real worry for family, friends and carers. Our service helps them to be there for you when you need them, whilst still being able to carry on with their daily lives. We can tailor our service to complement your support network meaning that we get.
How much does it cost?
£4.45 per week
The alarm and pendant is rented from us from just £4.45 per week (+VAT) and a one-off installation fee of £45 is payable with your first installment. Many of our customers do not have to pay VAT if they have a long term medical condition, please contact us for info.
