Worcestershire TeleCare (WTC) is a not for profit organisation with over 27 years' experience in the provision of telecare services, including monitoring, equipment supply, installation and maintenance, and strategic work with local care and support agencies. In total, WTC provides services to over 100 separate customer organisations across the UK including housing providers, district councils, county councils and various voluntary and private sector organisations.
WTC is a member of The Community Housing Group and our telecare services, used by around 17,500 people in the UK, are delivered from our base at the Group's Headquarters in Kidderminster.
WTC is accredited to a number of recognised quality standards including:

We are a Platinum Member of the TSA which is the industry body for telecare and telehealth in the UK. We have a wealth of experience of working in the telecare sector and we are performance and quality driven. We ensure that we meet key performance targets and deliver a value for money service.
ISO is the world's largest standards organisation which enables businesses to develop and offer products and services that meet a required benchmark around the world. It provides a guarantee to customers that they will receive quality, safety and reliability.

As part of The Community Housing Group, we have achieved the Customer Service Excellence standard for the quality of our customer services and the prestigious Investors in People Gold Standard for our commitment to employee development and training.
