Worcestershire TeleCare has a philosophy of care and this extends not only to the quality of the service we supply but also to the availability. We are available for all our customers 24 hours a day all year round. What this means is as your service provider of choice not only are we there for social alarm and telecare customers but we can be their for a wide range of other customers when you can’t be.Each year we answer over 5,000 out of hours calls on behalf our customers.

Out of Hours service for Housing Authorities and Local Authorities
We provide an out of hours service for housing associations and local authorities dealing with emergency housing repairs and other urgent matters such as calls relating to homelessness, highways and environmental health issues.

Out of hours service for Private Sector Organisations
We also provide out of hours services for a wide range of private sector organisations.
The service is so flexible that it can be utilised by many other customer services requiring a response facility where otherwise a reply would not be possible.

Working in partnership with our clients we ensure we hold all appropriate information and operational procedures so the customer experience is not affected by the seamless transfer of their call to an out of hours service provider. We log all the information we receive and produce daily reports so our customers can quickly get up to speed on what is going whilst their contacts have been unavailable.
